| Well, the moon isn't only USA's. The moon should be left untouched, since we can't get every single country's consent.

| True. I don't know, i just don't think it's fair for the U.S. to be restrained in exploring the moon just because some countries can't afford to. |

step 2, have said president make an inspiring speech

step 4, launch lander go to moon
step 5, come back, party, spreed rumors of a conspieracy that u never actually went.
And its not our fault we got thier first,...TAke ThaT RusSiA!, and because we got thier first we get dibs on the moon till we get some capetition, and if we are nice we'll share, on the condition that u give your WMD's to us.
