| Perhaps we need one more Global, although I don't think anyone's been staff long anough to qualify.
My SUGGESTION:
Admins: Syfte, LH (keep as normal)
Gmods: Jshushij, MrMega or Biz)
Mods: Whoever isn't Gmod from the one above, Someone new
Arcade Managers: Someone new since Shday's gone
GFXers: Chain, Chim (Keep as normal)
Reviewers: Sk9, Someone new
Hire 3 new staff.
Also, if certain sections start dying, that undermines the structure of the forum, possibly leading to it's death. |
