The staff of this forum is not active. Noble and Fazango are gone. Drummerguy is rarely on. SF should be admin for a while.

ahh...that template's in the toilet. I've been so busy with my life, especially this week at camp (I got to play at the Boneyard on Friday ) Maybe we will have to promote SF to admin temporarily. Well, I would say the 1st generation Apple iPod wasnt as good as tecnoligic they've gotten nowadays, with the iPod Touch and the iPhone, the 1st generation Apple iPod is nothing.

Back when this iPod was created, I would say it was a very good music player for loud days.

For it's $50.00 nowadays, if you would like to listen to a few songs, it is a good deal for a long car ride or something, a charged up laptop with plugs could charge it, so you would need 2 things found in an average house to have it last a while for things as in camping trips!

The 1st generation ipod is a pretty low standard Ipod from today but back then it's a great thing to have one. needs charging frequently Especially when you are out.this makes it quite a poor type of Ipod unlike the better higher-quality Ipods

good for loud music. Youths would love these. it would entertain you on large car journeys but like i said the 12 hour battery wouldn't last long today it's pretty cheap form $50 or British pounds £35.but from back then it was much more expensive probably about double the price or higher

You can download new songs from a hidden USB connecter at the base of the Ipod this is a massive impact to the foundation and they will expect to sell lots




so overall it isn't bad. needs longer batterys the quality could have been better but not bad

The Apple I-pod Shuffle will play your favorite tunes at the touch of a single button. You can chose from five different colors and two capacities. It has easy controls and you wont find anything hard about it. But what you may find odd about it is that it's screen less.

The I-pod Shuffle(first generation) has its cons and pros. The Apple I-Pod Shuffle comes in 1GB as well as 512MB. The battery can last around 10 hours while an average Mp3-Player only last half the time. The earphone that comes in the package is relatively good, but you can always replace it with another one if you are not satisfied with that one. It also comes with a rechargeable battery. The pad is a bit small but nothing to major. It is fragile so be sure to keep it in a safe place. It also gets scratched easily so be sure to take good care of it. The key thing is to listen to your songs on here so that means no games.

The dimensions are .98 inches wide, .33 inches in depth and 3.3 inches in height, so it will most likely fit in your pocket. But if you dont want to put it on your pocket you can wear around your neck like a chain. It weights about .78 ounces. The filing formats that it is compatible with are MP3, ACC and AV.

Just know that these may not be as good as the current music players but they get under prized a lot. You can buy these for as low as $5 on ebay or craiglist, but if you dont trust that you can get it for around $40 at a regular store.

Very true Fazango. I've seen some good reviews, but there are many flaws, such as that that I haven't pointed out.

Juggernuat, I'm sorry but your review isn't going to live up. If you want me to tell you what was wrong with it, I'd be happy to, in case you want to fix it, but you would need to completely redo it to get anywhere with it.
