You would PROBABLY know if you spammed.

ANyways, I put flood control at 20 seconds instead of ten. It won't really change much, but it might discourage really short posts a little.

Well, I think a mod or someone warned him unfairly, and restored his bar to only 1. Then Faz just gave him another one, resulting in 2 warnings.
