| Main Review: The first generation Ipod Classic was invented on the 23rd of october 2001. The ipod can play music from MP3, AAC/M4A, Protected AAC, AIFF, WAV, Audible audiobook, and Apple Lossless files. The iPod usually has a round clickwheel with a menu, play/pause button and back and forward buttons, however, the new ipod shuffle is too small for a clickwheel. Ipod Classic: The 1st generation Ipod had a Firewire charger with a 2 inch (51mm) monochrome LCD, that could 1000 songs (5GB) data. The 2nd generation Ipod had a 10GB and 20GB memory and had some other additions that aren't important. The new redesigned Ipod had a 20GB and 40 GB memory, it replaced a firewire charge to a USB dock. The 4th Generation Ipod Classic was basically the same but with a different look while there was aslo a Ipod photo which could fit other files in and was full colour. The 5th Generation aslo known as Ipod Video had was the first Ipod to play video's, the hard drive was 30GB and 60GB and 80GB. The 6th Generation had a 80GB, 120GB and 160GB and had a really big battery boost with 40 hours music playing.Ipod Nano: The first generation Ipod Nano is 1.6 Inch (40mm) wide, 3.5 Inch (95mm) long and 1.5 Inch (38mm) Screen and can display 65,536 colors, The hard drive is 1GB, 2GB or 4GB. The second generation Ipod nano had a 2GB, 4GB or 8GB memory, with a battery of 14-24 hours. The third generation was a different shape to the second generation, otherwise, it's the same as the second generation. The fourth generation looked the same to the second generation Ipod nano, with a memory of 8 or 16GB. The fifth generation is basically the same as the fourth generation nano but with many more features like a camera and radio options. Ipod Shuffle: The first generation Shuffle was basically a USU which has a click wheel is added, it comes in 1GB. It can select songs at random from a user's music library and copy as many as will fit into iPod Shuffle's memory. The second Generation was even smaller, it had a click wheel and that's it, it came in 1GB and 2GB. The third generation shuffle was even smaller! It didn't even had a click wheel, all the buttons were on the ear buds, a play/pause button, on/off button and it had a volume button.Ipod Touch/Iphone: The Ipod Touch had a choice had a 8GB, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB memory, it can play music and watch videos. However the Ipod Touch has games on there, while there are games on the nano and classic, the games are controlled by your fingers. Also has a bonus, it has Itunes and a App store so you don't have to give to keep connecting to the computer. The Iphone is the same but with a phone and some other bonus feature.
