| There are some small errors on the guitar.
If you look closely, you'll see that two tiny parts are lapping out of it's shape. ( but not really noticeable from the 1st look )

| The background doesn't fit with the guitar render, the birds ... just don't make sense, the render isn't blend in well and I don't really like the splatter brush with your name in it.
You can do better. (but because this is your first work in a long time, I won't be too hard on you).
It's okay. Try reading some tutorials if you're seriously trying to pick up graphic design a bit again.
