| Think of it this way, when you put something off it doesn't just go away. In fact, it only makes it worse because you'll have to do it later with less time. If you put it off and do something fun, then you're doing that under the stress that you still have the homework to do. But if you do the homework first you can do whatever without worrying about it |

| Get inspired to do your homework, listen to some inspiration music or listen to the people who have lost alot of weight and pretend that they done a lot of homework. |
