what do you do when you can't sleep??

Normally if I cannot sleep no matter how much I want to, it means there's a lot of pent-up energy inside me that has to be released through something. I usually draw, write, or do something that takes up mental strength.

Sleeping pills.

D: Those are for people with chronic sleeping issueses. Pills are damaging.

1) Run around the block 5 times.
2) Hypnosis maybe.
3) Just stay up all night.

Usually I just read. Sleep comes at some point.

A couple nights ago, it was 90° in my room, and I knew I didn't wanna lay there all night awake, so I sat around on the couch thinking about stuff until I was tired.

Read always. If I finished every book, then I just watch TV the rest of the night until I fall asleep.

OK. I have sleeping problems as well.
i usually cant sleep because i stay up to late and my body adjusts to this and is fine with staying up later & eventually its not ready o sleep untill 6-8 AM
Solution 1: stay up 48 hours, this will make your body tired for about the last 12 hours so you can fall asleep at a normal time & then your sleeping should be back on track.

Solution 2: watch a movie on your laptop while lying in bed, when the movie is over i am normally tired so i puch it away & fall asleep

I dont sleep I wait.

Some people don't have laptops guys, like myself. So watching movies in bed is out of the question.

Laptops suck. I wish I had a smiley like the hugging desktop.

Back on topic now.

The same thing happens to me. I just bare through it and wait until the night is over. After that... I stay up the whole day and in the late afternoon I am so tired that I have to go to sleep.

If you can't do that... just wait out the night.....

I listen to music or play DSi too.
