This is called the Trademark Game™
The way you play is this:
1. In every post, you must say a complete sentence, it can be about anything as long as it makes sense and is not a fragment.
2. In the same post, you can "trademark" a new word, only you are the only one that can use this word once it is trademarked.
3. You cannot repeat the same sentence over and over again, it has to be a new one every time you post.
4. You may trademark any word except "the" "it" "[any freestanding letter of the alphabet]" "of" "and" "in" "is" "to" and "you."

He seemed to imply™ that you could only trademark one word Invisifly.

this doesn't prevent me from TM'img multiple items

1-it dosn't even say you have to TM a word if you don't want to.
2-it doesn't specifically stipulate in anyway that I cannot TM multiple things in one post.
3-like the maker of the national bank said "what it does not forbid it permits" (Hamilton referring to the U.S. Constitution)
