I dare you to say he's helped the US fiscally. Some statistics:

When Bush took office, the national debt was $5.768 trillion.
When Bush left office 8 years later, the national debt was $10.626 trillion.

This averages out to about $606 billion per year. Ok, so Bush wasn't the most fiscally responsible president ever. (That title goes to Andrew Jackson: keep in mind the timeframe, but when he left office the national debt was $30,000. This converts to ONLY $570,000 in 2010 dollars.

When Obama took office, the national debt was $10.626 trillion (same as it was when Bush left)
As of January 25, the national debt was $14.071 trillion.
Average gain per year $1.723 trillion, almost THREE TIMES that of Bush.

A closer inspection reveals much the same.

Bush's deficit spending per year: $404 billion.
Obama's deficit spending per year: $1.413 trillion.

What else do you want to talk about regarding Obama? He's been the worst President this country has had possibly outside of Tricky Dick or Slick Willy Clinton.
