Not gonna argue my points, all I'll say is what I got came from the NIH so it's pretty reliable.

The key will be now that you've given up will the symptoms go away, or have they already? If they have then it was withdrawal. If not, it's the flu or similar disease.

Honestly yes. ESPECIALLY the headache. When I lit up it when like instantly gone.

Have you tried nicotine gum? Also, the way to quit smoking isn't to just stop instantly, you have to slowly wean yourself off of it.
