First person dances(with face covered, I believe), no one else notices.
Beat drops.
Everybody starts dancing. Some are in weird costumes. They look like they're having seizures.

It's stupid as hell and looks like a bunch of people having seizures. Sometimes I wonder why people find fads on the internet to be funny. This needs to die as soon as possible. Also, even if the first one was funny, so many of them have been made that all of the humor has been killed.
