I wont be entering, but I have some input. It may not be 100% foolproof, but if you make people type to you a code with their graphic, you can ask them to provide it when they claim it's theirs. Now, anyone could read anyone else's message to you unless you deleted them, but it's just a way to be a little more sure. I don't think anyone would cheat anyway, though.

No, you just need to sign up and then you can buy things off of amazon from it. You can link it to a bank account if you want but you dont have to.
