Well, there have been a lot of suggestions for it. I made this topic to let you know, no shit.. I've been thinking about it. Some of you seem to want Ernie. Well I'm not just going to promote some power hungry 20 something year old man who reviews silly things. There have been people who have wanted to be reviewer for a while, like abhor, bart, mega, and powder. I intend to give them all a fair chance by making a contest. Then, me, ein, and of course the admins will decide who the new reviewer will be. If any at all.

Ernie is twenty eight, and I don't see how that is a bad thing, it only makes him more mature. That he implied humour in his first reviews is not something you can blame him on. Those reviews were not totally serious, but they were great. (And some of the first I have read).

I say promote Ernie for temporary IF he will reviews some serious things, do requests, will act like a real reviewer , etc.

Yeah, I need to see him do a user review and a website review as well as a couple requests before I consider Ernie. And I like the idea of a contest.

We got a self-review request from Barty. I think it's been less than 3 months, but that's not important. What is important is I want Ernie, Sher and Powder to all do it, but to PM myself with them. Then, I will post them on the thread and in here so we can go from there. The reason i say PM is so none of them base it off another one. That would be cheating.

No. For multiple reasons.

1. I hate how you're acting like the team leader. If reviews were to be PMed to someone, it'd be me. Sorry if this is harsh.

2. I have already made a contest. From there, we can decide who the best choice would be, and give that person a test review or two.

Not trying to sound like a dick, I just hate how decisions are trying to be made without me. And I was told most of the decisions would be up to the TL.

Sorry, but with you being limited in your capabilities, I thought it might be better if they were PM'd to me. Apparently you have more capabilities than I realize. Droid must be really good, eh?

I can do almost everything except merge posts. Its just hard to do these things.

I honestly dont want ernie being staff at all.

Ernie is a very nice person. His reviews include humour, and I read them. His reviews are honestly the only I have ever read.

But we cant hire him just based off of those reviews....

His reviews are more blogs than reviews.

Maybe we could hire TWO reviewers...... ever thought of that?

First of all, it'd be three. When a new one comes in, Ein is taken out, since he's a mod already. Second, there's actually one in there right now.

I think hiring two and taking Ein out would be the best option, but I dont know if there are 2 worthy reviewers.
