I was thinking we could keep track of verbals by putting them in the staff message of a user.

Theres like a staff message part, but only visible to the staff members. You could explain why they got the warning, ban, etc..

I made the profile field, but it's only viewable to mods. So, those of you who are reviewers, AMs, and GFXers, PM a mod when you give someone a verbal warning.
