That accomplishes nothing. I'm being completely serious here. This is the opportunity to make something change that I may have changed and you don't like. Everything is up for discussion. I mean EVERYTHING.

I want you to think of a decent siggy on your own, but you could go my route and fill it with links.

The like system should stay

A new group of mod to create/manage official challanges, or just for now use the current staff on a volenteer basis.

Most Challanges sould be quick and simple, nothing that requires more than two days dedication to accomplish, with medium length challanges sprinkled in. On occasion, challanges requiring many days or even weeks to partake in, such as possible revamps of survivor fuji, should be thrown in, say 1-3 times a year. However they need to be propperly manage and pre-planned with backup plans incase of absentees of the moderators/competetors or other unseen road blocks. I have more Ideas for this, if you wish to hear them pm me.

The arcade needs a defibrulator as well.

What happend to those challange things where you submit a screeny of your doing something in game and got a reward for it? Are they still up and running or not?
the fact that i have to ask says something about that

A steady stream of games should be provided (found) by the arcade manager, say 1 a week?, with corresponding challanges to make up for any lagging of suggestions from the users.
