Wow that's really quick, we don't have anyone who can even go sub-12 for the 100. I have tendonitis in my ankle so I haven't run any of outdoor yet, but I've been biking a ton. I'm pretty happy with my career overall though, I ran 18:39 for 5K back in XC and made Western Mass, then got my 2 mile down to 11:28 in indoor.

Idk what a good 5K time is, but that's a really good 2 mile. Keep at it, hope you make a quick recovery man. You seem to be a hard worker.

Today's meet was a nightmare. I'm fucking done living in Ohio. It was over 80 degrees and sunny yesterday, and today it only hit 45. And for some reason we were at this invitational an hour away, against all these hardass elite schools. We probably finished somewhere close to last. I had a pretty bad day personally too, and on the 4x200 I fell and ate shit. And I didn't get home to 10:45
